Shaoxing, renowned textile industrial cluster of Zhejiang province, has scrapped 710 million meters of outdated printing & dyeing capacity. More than 600 sets of out-dated equipments involving 40 printing & dyeing companies were eliminated. Iron-hand approaches were adopted to expedite the outdated capacity eliminating work in Shaoxing.
