The production of chemical fibers reached 3.40 million tons in November, 2012, up 12.06% year-on-year, improving 0.6 percentage points from October, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.

The statistics show that the production of chemical fibers totaled 35.45 million tons in January-November period of 2012, up 14.75% year-on-year, 4.95 percentage points higher than the same period of 2011.
