Dec 17, 2010, a 1,000,000-spindle carding program was signed in De´an county, Jiangxi province. The program was invested by Fujian Jinlun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd involving 3 billion RMB of investment. Stage one program will be kicked off on April 1, 2011. Forecasted sales revenue would be reaching 5 billion RMB.
