The municipal government of Aksu, China’s Xinjiang Autonomous Region, recently rolled out the most preferential policies to the end of attracting local textile investment. For the textile companies that invest 10,000 spindles, the government of Aksu will allocate 1.2 million RMB of subsidy to the company.
