Updated: 6/23/2011 11:34:00 AM

Under the banner ‘Go green with Thies’, Germany’s Thies Textilmaschinen will launch a series of new products complying with its stringent green ecology standards, saving natural resources and providing energy saving solutions for its customers, at ITMA 2011 on Stand H4-D110, Hall 4.

New products will include the iMaster H²O high temperature dyeing machine and a new Ozone treatment.

The new iMaster H²O high temperature fabric dyeing machine offers spectacular low water consumption – offering, for example, a liquor ratio of 1:3.7 for cottons, depending on the pick up of water on the fabric; a significant reduction in process times; and improved quality in both terms of appearance and elongation of the fabric.

It has been designed to handle a wide range of fabrics and knitted natural and synthetic fibres and blends, including viscose.

Minimal rope lifting ensures improved shrinkage control and less rope curling for elastic fabrics such as cotton and Lycra.

The iMaster H²O has been specifically engineered to ensure that textiles plant are able to adhere to the most stringent of international and local environmental protection regulations.
