In Nov. 2011, China imported cotton reached 378,124 tons, twice as much as that of same period of the last year, or rising 50% from a month ago.
From Jan. to Nov., the imported cotton accumulated to 2.57 million tons, rising 8.3% from the same period last year. Currently, China remains the status of the largest cotton importer and consumer over the world.
