On December 9, an expert committee appraised "JWF1562 ring spinning machine" newly developed by Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. Yuci Branch.

It is reported that JWF1562 ring-spinning machine is a new generation of spinning machine designed for high-end customers, a substitute product of F1520 spinning machine, with the maximum number of spindle up to 1200. The machine has the advantages of high speed, stable operation, energy- and labor-saving. The new machine is widely accepted by customers since it was launched on market in January of 2011.

Based on the technology of its predecessors JWF1561 and F1520, the new machine has inherited the well-proven spinning section of Jingwei spinning machines, while making up the shortage in existing models. It makes substantial breakthrough in frame, main shaft driving, head-end drive, collective doffing, bobbin orienting, ring rail lifting, vacuum control for equilibrated section, energy-saving, etc. It has been sold more than 300 sets and adopted by many well-known enterprises in China.
