Shandong Helon Co., Ltd. issued an announcement that Weifang People´s Government and China High-Tech Group Corporation in consultation with Shandong Helon Co., Ltd., China High-Tech Group Corporation will, to set forward normalization operation of Shandong Helon Co., Ltd. as quickly as possible, set up a solely-owned company in Weifang. The company will soon sign an agreement with Shandong Helon Co., Ltd. for processing entrusted by the group and this way will promote normalization operation of Shandong Helon Co., Ltd. and stabilize its employees.

In view of the fact that the above-mentioned agreement is not signed yet, Shandong Helon Co., Ltd. has presented an application to Weifang People´s Government and China High-Tech Group Corporation for quickened pace to sign relevant agreements. In consideration of the above-mentioned fact and uncertainty of related affairs, the stock of Shandong Helon Co., Ltd. is still in suspension and will disclose information by complying with the related provisions.
