The first automatic package and beam dyeing system in China, which is developed by Shandong Companion Group, has been put into industrial production. In December 2011, Luthai Textile Co., Ltd. signed letter of intent with Companion Group on investing CNY 50 million in purchasing this advanced energy-saving dyeing equipment to realized fully automatic production.

When these new machines are put into operation, a workshop with daily output of 100,000 tons will only need 3 operators. Compared to existing advanced process, the automatic dyeing line can reduce energy consumption by 30% - 40% and labor by 80%. The intelligent microwave drying machine is the first one of its kind in the world market. It can reduce energy consumption by 40% compared to traditional steam drying machine.
